Headless Chickens!!!!!!! BEYOND FRUSTRATING AND ***********

I would give Liberty zero stars if I could.. 72 Hours to respond to an email, no 2 weeks. Agents that say they will get back to you don't and when you do speak to some of them its almost as if they are doing you a favour.. NO ONE could give me the correct information, I have been waiting for almost 3 months for a claim to be processed and called to see what the progress was and was different stories from the agents that were really enthusiastic to take my call and no one seems to know what is actually going on. IT is beyond frustrating -- DO BETTER LIBERTY- YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!
