Have to complain somewhere then someone helps you once

Tjo where to begin, maybe 2 months ago when I tried moving my Stash to a different provider. You cannot directly contact hem, when I complain somewhere then someone from Liberty helps me, then onto the next stage where I have to complain somewhere just to get assistance again. I've been in contact with Mongezi Dubula and Lethabo Malatjie but when I try and email them now they just ignore me. This is **********, how am I to sort anything out this way? The last thing I need is a transfer certificate, will probably take me another month of complaining to get this.
