Gross ignorance

I was part of a group retrenchment in May 2014 at my former company. At the time I opted for a withdrawal benefit from Liberty Corporate which would have been paid by August 2014. Around the end of July 2014 I received a text message to contact their call centre and informed that the company I worked for filed for liquidation and a due process would follow. After numerous follow up calls to their contact centre and correspondence dated 15 Oct, 05 Nov, 20 Nov, 26 Nov, 19 Dec 2014, 09 Feb 2015, 12 Feb, 19 Mar, 07 Jun, 11 Jun 2015. I eventually received a response on 15 June advising me \they are awaiting a response from me
