************** against ALL mental illnesses... Even though your medical aid places your medication as chronic medicine, beware... They lost pre-condition PTSD case in 2013 against "Ms B". They WILL REFUSE to pay out any assistance, even past the LEGAL 6 year period, towards, any mental illness WILL be used against you. I have multiple email proof of them dragging out the subject of actually assisting clients, and another 5 months of Ombud refusing to actually take into account EVERY single case and documents, including previous cases. The Ombud is a parrot, earning most of their money from these companies...

Then.. Actually claiming unemployment is even worse, they don't give a flying **** about COVID and the fact that our unemployment has spiked to 36.9%. ANY excuse to not pay a ****ING cent. Unemployed for 6 months, after YEARS of insurance, income and lifestyle protection... nothing Asking for a minimal withdrawal from retirement... stating they can't because of law to be implemented and they can't because of an un-implemented law... unsigned, even by the president, then the law actually changed... to support persons with unemployment... NOTHING!!! I am literally at the point of going global. with the names... I've been lending money from my retired father to survive...
