Great Service
I've cancelled a policy with Liberty during December 2014, after much to and fro, I finally got to speak to Lebogang who was extremely professional, in spite of me being quite upset because of the delay in refunding me. She promised to resolve the issue as soon as possible and the very next day she phoned to give me the good news, that my refund has been paid into my account! Thank you Lebogang for your great service. You are a great asset to Liberty.
