I hope the people at the call center and emailing services of Liberty Life, read this, because- NO thanks of your incompetency my issue was resolved, by Leon Muller a financial advisor at Securitas who called in help from CJ Heckroodt a Liberty Broker Consultant, who saw my struggle with the call centre, who both had nothing to do with my issue, jumped in and assisted me and giving me answers.
