Grateful Valued Client

I have previously given an unflattering review for Liberty but after that the person handling my case for such a long time was replaced and finally with some outside help, I was able to resolve my case successfully. We should be just as quick to give credit where it is due as we are to complain. The company was not necessarily at fault but an employee. I know insurance is risky but I am still grateful I covered myself. I have also reinvested in Liberty, as it offers the best options especially since Standard Bank took over and recommended them. I have always been happy with my bank, Standard Bank.
