Got a reason not to listen

After 3 years at the aid, I am cancelling due to bad service. I felt so frustrated and told the agent it feels like you are saying f-you to me. From that point she kept saying she will not help me even after I said I am sorry I sweared and explained my frustration. I asked for the name of her superviser and she was SUPER sarcastic... You refuse to listen and now I am super happy I will move on
