Good luck with claims!
The claims department is impossible to get hold of, they don't reply to emails and don't return phone calls when they promise to do so.
The policies are effectively useless with no claims department.

27 Mar 2026, 08:28Yesterday i managed to get hold of a Manager George who also promised to phone me back (in five minutes).
The managers are just as useless as the consultants.
With the managers behaving the way they do, its no surprise the consultants are so bad, following the manager's lead.
