Going on 5mths on the 20thSept for a dreaded disease claim to be paid out by Liberty Life

I submitted a dreaded disease claim on behalf of my husband on the 20th May 2021 and it's still pending so if you where considering taking out a dreaded disease policy with them ask yourself if you can or will be prepared to wait that long for a payout?. Right from the start the incorrect forms to be completed by the doctors where the forms to be completed by us. There where waiting periods of 10-12 days for payment alone for each of the doctors before they even received the information required. In the meantime my husband has needed many things over and above the normal living conditions such as nappies; medication which changed often,and now lately even oxygen and possibly a nursing aid twice a week. All these things not even considered which is so hurtful and disappointing. So ask the question would you be willing to take out this dreaded disease policy and be satisfied with the service you receive?
