Giving me the Run Around

I have been trying to claim my pension fund from liberty Group ,which is under the Corporate selection umbrella pension fund,for months now! the contact person is jacques venter.I have been calling your head offices and I am constantly being sent from pillar to post without a solution.Everytime I am given a new number but nothing ever comes out of that
