GIVE MY MONEY BACK

Nov we cancelled our policy as we found a better policy for less with more cover. Send cancellation letter in and to date (17 Dec) they STILL deduct our monthly premiums and now we have to fight to get it back. And why? Cause of their internal incompetence as they insist our bond was ceded to the policy and the Bank whom the bond is through says its NOT - taken us almost 7 weeks to sort this out! <br> Liberty is useless and I will never recommend them to anyone. But I will drive them insane because my money is due back to me and my husband for OCT and NOV and dont they even DARE deduct for DEC<br> <br>
