Funeral policy with Liberty

I 've got a funeral policy for more than 10yrs,they sent me an email that it's going to lapse I must pay. I did pay the amount to re instate the policy. They never re instated the policy and not deducting my account. They canceled it. I have been communicating with them until today. If they are not reinstating the policy they must pay back all the premiums that I have contributed.
