Funeral policy has not paid while claim was made 3 days ago and still no feedback

Hi my Name's is Cavin Isaacs, I made a claim on Friday told it would be paid on Monday since I had clearly stated that on Wednesday will be the funeral... Today is Wednesday and still nothing in my account how do u expect me to carry on with Liberty with no communication whatsoever
