Funeral policy cancel

I'm not happy with the way this case is been handled. I ask sins Dec 2023 to cancel the flexi funeral policy. Every month they deduct the money out of my account and I need to pay to stop the order. They took again the debit order of R94.19 today..

I want all my money refunded into my acc or I had no other choice but to seek help at hellopeter.com
