Funeral cover not paid out

I husband had Funeral Cover with Imatu, underwriter is Liberty Life. My husband covered the sister on the policy. The sister passed away in October 2022. When i submitted the documents to claim I was then told that the sister is not covered. I asked Imatu for policy schedule which they did send to me and the sister is not on it. I then asked Liberty Life to send me policy schedule, and they sent the hand written policy that my husband submitted when he first started the policy and the sister was there. Now Imatu is ignoring my emails and calls. I did send that policy schedule to Imatu and Liberty. Till date I have not received any feedback. the other thing is, My husband Father passed away in 2018 and they were still deducting the premiums for the father till now. can you please assist me with this matter to be resolved and they should pay out.

they should pay out for the sister and the father's premiums from 2018 till now.
