Funeral cover

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this company when claiming for my Aunts funeral cover ,No contact was made and they she have not paid out the funeral cover, we had the burial on Saturday but still nothing from them. I would not advice anyone to take a funeral cover with them. No one has contacted me ive been on hold for the last 30 minutes while contacting them.
