Funeral cover

I am utterly disappointed in the fact that Liberty has been collecting premiums on a Funeral policy where the insured amount is less than what I have paid to date. I have a funeral policy where the insured amount is R10 000, and to date I have paid R17 794.92 and when I contacted Liberty they said that there is nothing they can do.

This is very disappointing that such a big financial institution can do this, this being a very reputable institution from which we as the public expect the best.
