Funeral Cover

I am writing on behalf of my mother Mrs MA Smith id: *** 080. She has been told that policy was cancelled when it was moved from FNB to STD Bank because she was not paying. Now Liberty is starting to deduct money monthly.

Can you please check your system, refund her the money that you been deducting after you told her that her policy has been cancelled and cancel the policy and debit order.
