Funeral cover
My sister passed away last week, I went to the branch in. Bara mall to claim however I was told that her children are the beneficiaries. The children don't have ID's so I can't open bank accounts for the claim to be processed. What do I do mean time while waiting for them to get their ID's. My sister's kids need to eat and use money towards the school transport.

12 Feb 2022, 07:09I was advised of the process to follow to claim for the funeral cover. I then received money from Liberty, I asked the consultant Mariana what is the money for, she didn't get back to me. I guess I will go to the nearest branch when I have time because it seems like I am forcing her to assist me.
