Funeral claim not processed

0 start for Liberty Corporate, we submitted a funeral claim on the 30th of April which was supposed to be paid within 48 hours. Till Today 13 May the claim is still not paid. They have no sense of urgency and sympathy for grieving families considering that we needed the money for funeral arrangements.

I am even considering cancelling my life cover because clearly my dependants will suffer and not get paid when I pass on.

They are *********** and very unprofessional.

I would not recommend Liberty to anyone or any company for that matter
