Funds not allocated accordingly and overcharged

Hello Peter actually I'm writing this because tired of calling Liberty Life I'm still getting debit for someone who passed away in February up until today im still paying for my brother on 2 different policies and the third policy im getting debited for it every month but the funds are not being allocated accordingly and im receiving emails telling me that my policy will lapse because they're not getting payments meanwhile they deduct directly from my salary I'm just tired of this
