Fund payment keep getting delayed

I have been waiting for my provident fund to be transferred from my previous employer to my current employer. All the forms were completed by my previous employer and submitted and was told that my funds would be transferred by the end of this week, as well as my partial withdrawal. When i call to follow up i am told about the system changes etc and was not notified that there would be a a further delay.

I am now waiting once more and I am sure there will be further excuses come next week friday when my funds are to be sent to my account.
