Frustrating Liberty

Since the 24 April we have been trying to make a withdrawal from our two pot but it's been an endless battle with emails beeb sent up and down when we finally got an email saying that the documents are alright yesterday we where happy.Now they say the cannot see the ID properly. Come on liberty this is frustrating.
