Frustrated Liberty Corporate individual

This is the worst corporate policy experience of my entire career. I have been waiting since end of June 2025 for a payout. It is 8 September and not only do they take an average of 4 days to respond but I am told the biggest load of *******. In my last mail I threatened to give them a bad review on this platform and it would appear that they dont care. I am terribly frustrated as I need the money for a project and it is just not being paid out. When I looked at their reviews now I am not suprised at this horrible customer service as it would appear to be the norm! I wish my company had investigated the service level before signing on with this pathetic group!!!
