Frustrated client

I had an investment policy with Liberty and it matured 1st of September. However Liberty keeps deducting premiums for it and worse there is double deductions of another policy number I did not authorised. Am so tired of requesting for refunds. They deducted again this month. This is such an inconvenience. There is a Lady who helped me with refunds but now she’s on leave and they don’t reply to their other emails.
