FRUSTRATED
I sent in a request to Liberty Life on the 23rd February. After hearing nothing for a while, I emailed asking what was happening...automatic reply. After a few days, I phoned...no info. Emailed again and again, called again and again and again...The Call Centre Agents are very pleasant and try to assist from their side, but they are waiting on other departments for information. It is now over a month...still nothing. I am so frustrated.

I have still not received feedback! I received an email saying I would get some feedback from you...still nothing! I also received a call from Sibu who promised to get back to me by close of business today...still waiting.
I honestly have no words.
Who do I need to speak to? 31 days have now gone by.
