My policy was opened **********ly document was signed on my behalf. There was half of the document I signed and seen the rest of the document I never seen until I requested to cancel and asked for my documents I am still awaiting for the investigation team to call me to let me know how this document was completed without a supervisor looking at the document. I need all the investigation document so I can request my lawyer to look and take further action as Liberty is failing to provide me with tho document they fired or suspend the guy,they still not feedback for me all they can tell me they still investigating but why would you fired someone if the evidence they have isn't enough
