********** & Misleading Information From Liberty Life & Allgen!

Good day Mr.Khalek An Open Email to Mr Khalek of Liberty Life:

Further to our recorded telephonic conversation you advised you would revert to me in writing asking me for statements that validated my claims for the mis-representation and ***** by your employee Rick Hein and Allgen Evolve. I would like to point out that your representative Mr. Rick Hein mis-represented facts on one too many a level which in plain and simple English is **********… Not only was the information presented by your Agent and partner Allgen ********** but was detrimental to my financial portfolio. The following is what I was promised by your partner Allgen Evolv of which all materials and emails related thereto has been given to you and has been ignored as stated in several of our telephonic and email correspondence:

1. Allgen Evolve promised me a sign on bonus (is this industry practice and the norm) if so why did you make me an offer to settle this amount?? 2. That I would also be paid my vitality status as it was at the current time of sign up and then ongoing as per my vitality status yearly? This again never materialized although MR. Dwayne Dewaal wanted me to think and believe otherwise that I had agreed this would have been added as a bolt on at a later stage with and additional cost which by the way would have added to my premiums and would have turned out to be more expensive to what I initially had. If this is not an insult on my intelligence, I don’t know what is then?). 3. My accrued bonus on my retirement annuity which was payable to me was again promised to me (on signon) by Allgen evolve which never again materialized and now you are trying to get away from paying it 4. As if point 3 was not enough my retirement annuity was never invested again and Mr.Dewaal had the audacity to tell me that I advised you to cash it up and park it I have repeatedly asked for this in writing and again this has not been forth coming. This is not only an insult on my intelligence but very borderline ******. I also have a recording of this of which Mr.Dewaal is aware I am asking for this confirmation to show my request. 5. The above negates the lost opportunity in investment in on my portfolio never mind the tax implications short term and long! 6. This is also include a voice note that states that I was to receive a bonus in March which was availed to Mr, Dewaal (I have also offered you these voice notes and no effort has been made by yourselves to acquire them). The above was given to you from the onset and I repeated to give you this after month two whereby your colleague who was initially handling this matter Mr. Lebona said he did not have adequate information which I then resent to Ms Vanessa Powardi who in turn sent it to you I assume as a “senior lead” in your organization… I was surprised when you stated that you did not have adequate information to make a meaningful and adequate settlement, what baffles me is you were able to calculate point 1 and 3 above and yet you claim you never had information. I asked you to show me where and what you had requested on Friday the 20th of November and you said you would put it in writing back to me this never materialized and am still waiting. You also said I was disrespectful because I called you and your colleague out on phone calls that never were or materialized and I have put this in writing to you on several occasions and neither of you disputed this. It now seems and feels that you are plying your trade by misleading people and swindling them of their hard earned cash to make matters worse this matter has been on your door step for over three months with no conclusion. Your favorite line is that you are gathering with your partner and stake holders… I have asked you why do you never engage with me or have all parties on a zoom or a meeting to close this matter (this has been put to you in writing on numerous occasions). I feel and believe that your dealings with me have not only not been fair but designed to tire me out and hopefully walk away from this… I am of the belief that the amount offered to me as a settlement is poultry and insignificant and I am and will take the necessary steps to be heard on all platforms I have available to me. I will not only obtain justice for myself but also warn and highlight to other consumers that your dealings are not always necessarily above board and that they should check their policies and engagements with you.
