I have laid a complaint on this platform about Liberty which an employee of them made ********** on my persal claiming that I took a policy while I have never opened any policy with them A few days after a lady so called Linda Du Prez made a phone call on me apologising and promising that I will get the refund of the premium they have deducted on my persal I have emailed every document they have required now it’s more than a week without receiving my money and I have never been called by the person who claimed to be resolving this case .Today morning I’m receiving an email saying There is no refund due to me So how can I get my money ?? Please Help me out
