***** policy case

I have a problem with Liberty they have opened a ***** policy on my name and deduct two separate premiums on my payslip without my knowledge and consent, they covered people that i don't even know nonetheless the value of those policies . The policy deducts up to R504. 00 combined. I have tried to cancel the policy since July and up to this far i have not received my refunds. On Monday the 19th September 2022 i called and was promised to receive my refund before the end of the week. Come the 23rd September 2022 i called in again because my money was not in yet and i got a different answer from Nombulelo who was on a call with me that they are still working on case,at first it was said the process will take up to 7 working days, but now it turned into months and I am losing money in the process. Im so frustrated with the rates of the bonds that keep going up that i have to pay and on the other hand Liberty just comes and chow my money for their selfish reasons. I don't how many times i have called and they deducted again this month. I really need assistance i have lost my money for long now and this has a great impact on my personal budget, hope they get this message. I have lost my patience with this company.
