Somebody took out a policy in my name wish I'm fully not aware of and I don't even know the people covered in that policy , I don't know how they got my details. They policy was taken on the 31 of July the details are mine except the phone number. I sent an email to liberty regarding this but no one has been in touch with me since then. I took an effort and went to their office which is 60 km away from where I stay , was told to fill in a form that will be sent to head office and will get feedback that was on the 12th of November but no call or anything from regarding that. Please assist me
