I took policy with this company and cancel it within 24hours on 01 January 2018 boom! Late last year between November and January 2020 they did a stop order on my salary of R400. When I called them and ask them what’s happening because I don’t have any policy with them, they agree that I’ve canceled the policy with them on 01 January 2018. My question is who gave them authority to deduct my money while their system shows that I don’t have policy with them. Please hello peter help me to recover my money.
