FRADULENT POLICY
NONDUMISO NYANTSA, a financial advisor of Liberty Life **********ly opened a policy on my name, Zoliswa Mapasi Zoliswa Mapasi and T Khosi are beneficiaries with an insured amount of R30 000.00 each. Had I not checked my payslip, I wouldn't have seen all of this. The lady that assisted me on Liberty life complaints department sent a copy of the policy, I do not know where Bhisho is, I don't even know the beneficiaries and the financial advisor.policy number ***

19 Jan 2022, 11:04I tried to call your numbers below as written on your signature,sent email to no response, phone the call center *** and a lady by the name of Seipati answered, I gave her the fradulent policy number, she then said I must confirm my ID, how can I confirm my ID with ******** that already have my ID number, she dropped the call without even finishing. What kind of a receptionist is that? Blatantly rude. I want my money back, I want the full details including residential address of NONDUMISO NYANTSA your financial advisor. I want my money paid in my account. LIBERTY LIFE ******** that has no telephone etiquette skills .
