FIRST PLACE IN WORST SERVICE

This is the worst place to claim from. I am busy claiming for a dreaded disease and I caught them in a lie and from there it just snowballed into more lies and window dressing. They don't care about bad reviews so my advice is to go from day one the legal route and on their second reply go to the ombudsman. They just don't care. DON'T GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A MONEY *****ING LAIRS. Just too compare, I submitted the same type of claim two weeks later to ABSA and that was payed out one week later. This is now a close to 7 weeks of daily lies
