Finding the smallest loopholes to avoid payment!

So now after I notified them that nobody contacted within 24hrs as they promised me, they told me to read my contract, because that is why my claim was rejected. Note my response below:

Thank you for the infinite wisdom shared. I mean, obviously my frustration is because of my own stupidity and inability to read.

Surely not because it took longer than the 30 days as per your own offices and brokers to conclude this, double the time in fact, nor the fact that the said documents outstanding were requested on 15 December 2023 and 23 December 2023, when the doctors already closed for the festive season. Or maybe the fact that on 4 occasions I was promised the full settlement.

The fact that you had all the hospital invoices with ICD-10 codes and the rest of the info obviously left Liberty with the tiniest of loopholes, which Liberty exploited. They couldn’t complete the puzzle having 99% of the pieces.
