Finding excuses not to pay life benefit
My brother passed away 4 months ago and Liberty Life are saying it was a pre-exisitng condition and therefore are not paying out. My sister in law has 2 school going children and nothing left. My brother was only diagnosed after joining Liberty life through his work. No form to fill in and NO Medical. how can you turn around now and say no cover. You are very willing to take the premiums off his salary every month but will find ANY excuse not to pay. THIS IS SHOCKING AND DISGUSTING - MY SISTER IN LAW WILL BE ON THE STREETS WITH HER KIDS. There should be rules for this and Liberty is NOT following them!!!
