I have requested a release on my funds to be only told on the 7th working day that there’s a problem after following up and got to be called by a different name which now I am about to lose a property because of them not releasing my funds on time being told I was sent wrong documents and all which at this point is getting in the way of my business

20 Dec 2022, 13:32You guys have been escalating everyday and nothing is going right i am being **** to about documents being short and I keep proving that i sent and yall keep changing what the hell is going on here because i dont trust you anymore if this is not sorted by today i am emailing the ombudsman about this
