Financial services company that fails to respond to their customers - yet had their systems hacked

Had no response from Liberty on my previous report. Not by mail or on Hellopeter.

The site is down again this morning. Sent them a mail.

I fail to understand how a Financial service company like this, that 'invests' billions of funds from the public can act in this way.
