financial advisor thavang mokoena useless

I'm March 2017 when a friend of mine referred to Thavang Mokoena I was sceptical but as I needed RA I took his call and finalised my RA application. He is the most useless FA I've ever known who doesn't care for clients. I've being leaving messages for him since 20 Oct My last call was in 27 Oct and returning my calls. I've since forwarded a signed letter to him on Friday 27 Oct advising him if requesting grander of my RA to Sanlam I hope u will get tranferring forms to complete somehow. The last time he disgusted me was in 9 July when he denied to have received my 3 emails when enquiring about investing 500 which I requested to be contacted through your website since he wasn't responding. THE WORST FINANCIAL ADVISOR EVER. THANKS TO HIM IN LEAVING LIBERTY
