Financial advisor did not pitch to meeting
Having been contacted numerous times by Liberty Life to meet with a financial advisor, I set up a meeting to discuss my financials. The meeting was due to take place on Wednesday the 12th of August at my place of employment. On the day, nobody called, emailed or arrived for the meeting which was confirmed. I find this to be poor service as well as a lack of respect for my time. I would have expected more especially with me already having a policy with Liberty Life.
