finance not paying out provident fund

<p>I lefty employer on the 31st July and submitted my pension documents on the 4th July because it was retrenchment. On the 8th August 2016 I received my pension fund and not the provident fund. I called in to Liberty staff benefits to query my claim and I was rudly advised that the turn around time is 15 days. When I called again last Friday I was told they are processing claims and I should get it lastest the 23rd August. The date came and nothing. When I called them they saif they paid it to my Capitec account on the 13th August 2016 already so I must go to my bank. I went there with the proof of payment that Elon Hlangwane sent to me and Capitec confirmed they have not received for my bank account. I called Elon back and she referred me to Prudence who's a claims assessor who confirmed on email yesterday that finance has an error the day they released the money as it did not interface for payment. I am quite frustrated because they say finance has to investigate first and they don't have a clue when the investigation will be over. They are so not efficient and unprofessional and I am so disappointed with the level of service I have received. </p>
