Finally a resolution
After about 6 months of going back and forth I am happy to report that my retirement annuity was finally paid out. A HUGE thank you to Maeghan Karsandas who was instrumental in getting this matter resolved. I still don't think I should have had to go through what I did, but I am really happy that it is finally resolved.
Thanks again Maeghan. I really appreciate all of your help.
