False promises to clients
I have canceled my policy with liberty life savings policy on the 23/08/19 and claimed my savings. I was promised the money will be deposited into my account within 7days but still haven’t received the money now.
I visited the branch yesterday and they told me that they don’t know when the money will be deposited after I was told within 7days on the 23/08/19
