False promises

I have Car insurance with LibertyGroupSA I download app to do drive test, after completing the drive test it says Congratulations your new premium is... I was advised to send the screenshot which I did. But now the consultants are not effecting my discounted premium, they are giving me a run around i completed the driving test on Saturday already. But still no promised discount. I'm so disappointed I would never recommend Liberty to anyone, they just trick New clients into taking their policy by giving empty promises.
