False Information from Advisor

I am writing this on behalf of my father, he recently made contact with a Liberty advisor and he covered his two other children while at it he wanted to increase his mother policy that he had with Liberty for many years more than 5 years I think. His mother is Namibian and the advisor told him Liberty cannot cover his mother because she's from another country. He made contact with Liberty for more information and he was advised that he will not be refunded his premiums back but the policy will be canceled. We are not happy with this outcome because the previous advisor gave my father assurance that my grandmother will be covered only to find out years later that he was given false information.
