False advertising

I get an email stating I have skipped a payment on one of the policies I have with you, I the email you say you have not received payment on one of the policies but my policies are paid directly from my employer. And when I call my advisor she says you guys are introducing this new skip payment thing. I for one don't appreciate the panic you have caused me and I'm writing this with a request that you stop such advertising as it causes unnecessary worries on my side.
