**** Promises

I have claimed a death benefit on the 23rd september 2021.Iam still waiting.We were promised years ago when we got the policys that they will pay out in 24 hours from claim, its been more than 24 days. Everytime I phone them they got a new turn around time .1st call 5-10 working days, a week later 2nd call 10 -15 days ,2 weeks after that 30 working days.I get the idea they are playing for time,maybe because Liberty is getting bailed out by Standard Bank.I am considering canceling my exsitend policy with Liberty. They are not a company that sticks to their word.They make **** promises to sell their products
