Failure to update personal details

Dear Liberty Life,

Despite numerous telephone calls and emails over the past two years to correct my personal details, I still am unable to open any Liberty correspondence.

If you are unable to complete such a simple task after multiple requests, how can you be trusted to actual effectively manage a Life Assurance business.

At this point in time I have no alternative but to lodge a complaint with the Insurance Ombudsman and cancel my policy.

Quite simply this has been the worst engagement with any financial institution.
