Failure to process my pension fund

I would never recommend Liberty to anyone, they are the worse company I’ve ever come across. I have processed my pension fund last year October 2024 but till this day, I have not received my money. The last message I got from them was on the 9th of March when they said they were processing the payment which would take about 15 working days, I have emailed them countless times but no response or updates as to what is happening.
